A Historic Retreat in the Heart of North Conway
Some of our property actually dates back to the mid-1800s, including our main house! In 1938, Richard W. Flanders and his family purchased it under its original name – the Bybrook Lodge. A couple of years later, he adopted our current name and started working hard to make our inn what it is today.

We stayed in the Babe Ruth room which was wonderful. The room had a large king size bed and bathroom. Service was great. We had breakfast and it was so delicious. We had eggs, potatoes, sausage links, Quiche and blueberry pancakes. The location was four minutes from the center of North Conway. We would definitely come back for another visit."
We had a lovely time. Sandy and Neil are excellent hosts. Very accommodating. Clean room, comfy bed, good food and service, vand beautiful lodge. Great pool and fire pit. The location is perfect, literally a couple of minutes from all the activities the area has, but without the traffic and noise."
When I tell you this place is a hidden gem, I’m not kidding. The food was amazing at this place. We had dinner and breakfast here and the charcuterie board for room service. The yogurt and fruit parfaits at breakfast were the best ever! And the sugared bacon with eggs and banana pancakes - Just wow! The beds were so comfortable and I have a wicked bad back. There were the most comfortable robes in the bathroom. I fell in love with this place. Cannot wait to go back. Near everything North Conway had to offer."

We wouldn’t be one of New England’s best bed and breakfasts without our wonderful innkeeper, Shirley. As a mother and wife, she knows just how important it is to feel at home, and she’s always making sure that every guest has a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay.
