Oktoberfest originally started as a celebration of the fall harvest, but you can enjoy the occasion without having to pick anything! For those looking to do something more interesting than simply drink at a festival table in their usual spots, North Conway in the White Mountains is home to several seasonal events that feature all the wonderful beer, music, food, and atmosphere alongside the beauty (and weather) of New England.

Tuckerman Brewing Fall Fest 2025

Started in 1998 by a prospective law student and scientist, owners Kirsten Neves and Nik Stanciu decided to give their dream a shot before starting their careers in earnest. Needless to say, things went quite well, and now Tuckerman Brewing is a go-to spot for all occasions in North Conway.

Their Fall Fest is central to the region’s Oktoberfest offerings, including live music, classic keg toss and stein hoist events, several food trucks, and of course, a beer garden stocked with their own house-made and specialty brews.

Fall Fest is October 18th, 2025, FREE to attend, and goes from 12-8 PM.

Schilling Beer Co. Oktoberfest 2025

Schilling Beer Co. is a family-run, European-inspired small batch brewery started and led by Michigan natives Jeff Cozzens, Stuart Cozzens, and John Lenzini. Located in Littleton (a scenic hour drive from North Conway), the event is not only about enjoying the changing weather and one of their lauded lagers or awesome ales, but it also highlights the unique character of the community itself.

In the heart of the White Mountains, Littleton has left an impression on countless hearts and minds thanks to its vibrant Main Street, art galleries, eclectic shops, River District music, nearby PRKR Mountain biking trails, and the Ammonoosuc River, with its covered bridge and trout. Endless charm, culture, and outdoor adventure is just minutes from the brewery!

Come sample brews not only from Schilling, but other hyper-regional beer makers of the region while soaking in live music and artisanal food. Schilling Beer Co.’s Oktoberfest is on September 27th, 2025 and goes from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Ledgetoberfest 2025 at Ledge Brewing Company

Now is the perfect time of the year for Ledge Brewing Company (named after the scenic Cathedral and White Horse Ledges in the area that offer some of the best views in all of New England) to release its coveted Marzen. Accompanied by delicious German food, a wide variety of games, and plenty of Lederhosen, it’s their pinnacle annual celebration locals look forward to all year. It’s also home to their famous taco bar, plus they have a selection of non-beer and non-alcoholic beverages so absolutely everyone can enjoy the occasion.

Ledgetoberfest is free to the public, and you can get your yearly dose of “oompah” music on September 27th.

White Mountain Oktoberfest 2025 at Loon Mountain Resort

A three-day celebration in neighboring Lincoln, the event captures all of the energy of a traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest with a “beer Olympics” (from keg tossing to axe throwing to the famous Keg Rollin’ Relay), multiple beer gardens, and authentic music, all while being surrounded by the gorgeous mountains as far as the eye can see.

A family favorite for many years, White Mountain Oktoberfest at Loon Mountain Resort has FREE entry and goes from October 11-13th.

At the End of the Day…

Between all the (responsible) drinking, dancing, and throwing various things, you’re guaranteed to have a great time at Oktoberfest in the White Mountains, but the festivities have to wrap up at some point, right?

Located in North Conway and nestled in the White Mountains, it combines a rich history, modern amenities, and breathtaking views while being conveniently close to all of the events detailed above.
