The excitement of the holidays inevitably gives way to January, but while the rest of the world is getting back to work, North Conway, NH still offers a wonderful retreat from your day-to-day. If you’re not ready for “real life” to begin again, a quick trip north might be all you need to make sure you start making timeless memories in 2025 as soon as possible.

If you’re into winter sports and recreation, then North Conway is probably already on your radar. The small New Hampshire town features 13 ski resorts and Nordic centers all within a 30-minute drive, leading to over 300 trails you can experience on skis, in snowshoes, or snowboarding. It has been named as one of America’s top ski towns by USA Today, but this just scratches the surface when it comes to everything you could do while staying active and taking in the gorgeous White Mountains.
